JoyBoothclick

FAQ

Questions, answered

Do I need to download an app?

No. JoyBooth Click runs entirely in your phone's browser. Scan the event QR code (or type its join code) and the camera opens — on iPhone and Android.

How do I join an event?

Three ways: scan the QR code at the event, open the link shared with you, or type the 6-letter code on the Join page.

How many photos can I take?

Your photo-credit balance decides: 1 credit = 1 photo, and your balance works at any JoyBooth event. At self-hosted JoyClick events, the host controls the photo rules.

What happens when I delete a photo?

Deleting a photo you haven't approved yet frees the credit so you can shoot again. Photos you've approved are locked, because they may already be printing.

When are photos printed?

At events with a JoyBooth print station, photos you approve go straight to the printing queue and come out during the event itself — that's our specialty.

Who can see my photos?

Each event's gallery is private to that event. Your photos wait for your approval before printing, and at hosted events the host moderates what appears on the shared wall.

Can I host my own event?

Yes — JoyClick lets subscribed hosts create events with a QR code and join code in minutes. Your guests join with just a name; you moderate the gallery live.

What's the difference between moderated and instant events?

In moderated events every photo waits for the host's approval before appearing. In instant events photos go straight to the gallery. Hosts choose per event.

How do I pay for a photo package?

Request a package from your account; payment is confirmed with the JoyBooth crew and the credits are added to your balance. Prices are in EGP.

Does it work outside weddings?

Anywhere people gather: engagements, katb ketab, birthdays, graduations, corporate events, sebou, and trips. If guests have phones, it works.

What do I need at the venue?

Guests need internet on their phones to join and upload. On-the-spot printing requires a JoyBooth print station booked for the event.

What languages is support available in?

Arabic and English — JoyBooth is an Egyptian team.
