What we collect

To run your account we collect your name, email address, and mobile number. To run events we store the photos taken through the JoyBooth camera, the event they belong to, and basic technical information needed to operate the service (such as session cookies).

Guests joining a hosted JoyClick event provide only a display name.

Your photos are yours

Photos you take belong to you. We store them to run your event — showing them in your gallery, printing the ones you approve, and making them available to the event organizer. We do not sell your photos or use them in marketing without your explicit permission.

Where data lives

Photos and account data are stored on JoyBooth's own servers. Email delivery (for verification codes) is handled by our email provider.

Your choices

You can delete unapproved photos yourself at any time. To delete your account or all of your data, contact the JoyBooth crew and we will remove it.
