The service

JoyBooth Click is a browser-based event camera: guests take photos through our web app, hosts and guests review them, and approved photos may be printed at events served by a JoyBooth print station. By creating an account or joining an event you agree to these terms.

Your content

You keep ownership of the photos you take. You grant JoyBooth the limited rights needed to operate the service: storing your photos, displaying them in the event gallery, and printing the ones you approve.

You are responsible for what you photograph. Don't upload content that is unlawful, abusive, or violates someone else's rights. Event organizers may remove any photo from their event.

Accounts and credits

Keep your login details safe — actions taken from your account are your responsibility. Photo credits are added after a package request is approved and have no cash value outside the service.

Acceptable use

Don't attempt to break, overload, or reverse-engineer the service, access other people's galleries, or use the service to harass others.

Liability

We work hard to keep every photo safe, but the service is provided as-is and we can't guarantee uninterrupted availability. To the extent permitted by law, JoyBooth's liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected package.

Changes

We may update these terms as the service evolves; significant changes will be reflected on this page with a new date.
