Fair Refunds

Before you pay

Requesting a photo package costs nothing — credits are only added after payment is confirmed with the JoyBooth crew. You can cancel a pending request at any time.

If something goes wrong

If a technical problem on our side stopped you from using credits you paid for, we'll restore the credits or refund that package — whichever you prefer.

If your event is cancelled before you've used a paid package, talk to the crew and we'll work out a refund or keep the credits in your balance for the next occasion (credits work at any JoyBooth event).

How to ask

Contact the JoyBooth team through the details on joybootheg.com with your account email and the event in question. We aim to resolve every request quickly and fairly.
